If you are over 5 minutes late to class, you will be considered a no-show/late-cancellation (and will be forfeited as such) and may be turned away from class by the instructor, especially if you miss the class warm-up. Safety and liability is a primary concern since it is the instructor's responsibility to ensure that all students are properly conditioned and prepared for what will be covered in class. Please don't be late! **LATE CANCELLATION/NO-SHOW FEES WILL BE ENFORCED** Due to limited space and availability in the Sammamish location, please note that we are heavily enforcing the late-cancellation and no-show fees if students pre-register for a class and do not attend. If the student declines from paying the associated fees for a late cancellation or no-show, the cost of the class will either be deducted from the card on file or a class will be taken off of their class pass. A late cancellation fee can also be paid instead of deducting from your class pass if the student wishes to re-schedule or avoid using their class pass. To avoid any penalties, please be sure class cancellations are made at least 24 hours in advance. **HOW TO ENROLL** Please note that pre-registration is required in order to attend classes. Classes may be cancelled if we do not have at least 2 students pre-registered (or the specified class minimum) 24 hours before the class begins. In the event that that this occurs, students will have their classes refunded back to their class pass or account. In order to schedule classes, privates, semi-privates, and workshops at our studio, please follow these steps: Sign in to your Spinderella Studios' Pike13 account. All students/clients will need to create an account. NOTE: if you create a new account, you will receive a confirmation email to activate your account. Find a class and time that works for you in the calendar below and click the big "Enroll" button at the bottom of the class description to enroll for the class. Depending on how you are viewing the calendar (List, Week, or Month), it will take a couple of clicks to find this button. Remember, i f you are looking for a class or workshop that is at a future date, make sure you are viewing that particular week/month in the calendar in order to find the appropriate time slot to enroll. You can find future workshops/events coming up in our UPCOMING EVENTS section below. If you do not have a class pass, you will be prompted for your credit card information and required to purchase a single-visit class or a class pass in order to complete your enrollment for the class. If you purchase a class pass through this screen, please note that your class pass will not activate until the date of your registered class date. If you already have a class pass active in your account, it will skip this step and you will be able to complete your enrollment for the class. **SPECIAL CLASSES** Classes offered based on demand (similar to workshops), but class passes ARE applicable towards special classes.
